The Ambassador Health System Selects VistaKEANE Software for Four Sub-Acute Facilities

Keane, Inc. (NYSE: KEA) today announced it has signed an agreement with The Ambassador Health System in Nebraska City, Nebraska to install the VistaKEANE software suite, a comprehensive financial and clinical solution that helps long-term care (LTC) facilities improve quality of care, increase efficiency, and enhance the revenue cycle process. Keane's Healthcare Solutions Division (HSD) will provide VistaKEANE software, installation, training, and ongoing support to The Ambassador Health System's four sub-acute nursing facilities.

Keane's solution includes software for resident care, rehabilitation therapy, accounting, billing, and financial management. The Ambassador Health System will also use Keane Analytics to bring key indicators of resident care and financial performance to management's computer desktops in real time and use data mining technology for custom reporting.
