  Description:  Set B01 is appropriate for 34 group RUG-III 
                classification for State Medicaid payment, acuity
                tracking by facility, or other research purposes.

                Set B01 is based on nursing staff times found in
                large multistate research studies conducted in 1995
                and 1997.  This set has been adjusted for a July 
                1995 sample of all nursing home residents in
                several states.
