Order Year-end Tax Forms
It's easy to order year-end tax forms -- just select the kits you need and how many. The kits include the forms with the multiple parts or copies required, along with the corresponding number of envelopes.

Laser Kits: for use on HP LaserJet III (or later) compatible printers. Laser kits include the form with copies for filing and envelopes. Forms are printed on perforated 8.5 x 11 sheets. Please note:
  • Laser W-2 forms can only be used when the federal copy is submitted electronically
  • Laser 1099 Int. forms are only available in kits of 150
  • Laser 1099 Misc. forms are only available in kits of 100
Continuous/Pin-fed: These forms are designed for use with printers that handle pin-fed or continuous-feed forms. Many of our windows-based software applications no longer print to pin-fed type printers, please review the table below:
